The shoes I received are damaged or defective, what do I do?

If you have received a shoe or other SeaVees product that is damaged or defective, please contact cs@seavees.com and include your order number (you can find this in your original post-purchase confirmation email), a photo of the damaged part of the shoe, and a photo of the label on the inside of the tongue. If you want to get someone on the phone call (805) 770-2633. We will do our best to resolve your problem in a timely manner.

Please note: If you bought your SeaVees through a third party retailer, please contact the store directly and they will contact us to resolve the problem. If you have any questions about the process, please email cs@seavees.com and we will assist you in any way that we can.
