What is your Warranty?

Of course we want you to be happy with your SeaVees shoes experience, but we understand that problems occur. Because of this, we offer a SeaVees 100% Craftsmanship Guarantee that extends one full year past your original purchase date. If there's a manufacturer's defect (excluding normal wear and tear) we will take the product back and either exchange it for a new pair of shoes or issue you store credit for the full price of your original purchase. Please contact cs@seavees.com and include your order number (you can find this in your original post-purchase confirmation email), a photo of the damaged part of the shoe, and a photo of the label on the inside of the tongue. If you want to get someone on the phone call (805) 770-2633. We will do our best to resolve your problem in a timely manner.

Please note: If you bought your SeaVees through a third party retailer, please contact the store directly and they will contact us to resolve the problem. If you have any questions about the process, please email cs@seavees.com and we will assist you in any way that we can.


**Shoes that have been washed are no longer covered under the Craftsmanship Guarantee.
