What do I do if my delivery is missing?

It does not happen often and when it does, the package is usually recovered, but should your package go missing from your door, we will help walk you through what to do.  If your FedEx tracking states that your order is delivered but you cannot find it at your shipping address please talk to your family members and surrounding neighbors right away.

It is our experience that your order is usually nearby and has simply been delivered to an address a couple of numbers off from yours. If you still cannot find your package, please contact the SeaVees Customer Success Team right away at cs@seavees.com.

Here is SeaVees Missing or Stolen Package process:

  1. SeaVees needs to be notified within a week of package status showing "delivered" according to your FedEx tracking link.
  2. A FedEx missing package case is opened.
  3. FedEx confirms package not found within 3 business days.
  4. SeaVees will ship replacement or Web Credit as long as SeaVees is notified within 5 business days of delivery status.
