How is my order processed?

Here is a brief description of our process:

  • Every order is reviewed, if we have questions about your billing or shipping information we will email you within 24 business hours and work with you to resolve any issues so that your order can ship ASAP.
  • Your credit card will be charged (no longer a pending charge) upon shipment of your purchase. You will receive an email to notify you of the shipment of your order within 24 hours.
  • We do not charge cards where billing information does not match 100% what your credit card company has on file for you
  • We do not process international credit cards even if you are shipping within the United States. If you would like to place an order with an international credit card or shipping address, please click on the International Checkout button in your shopping cart.
  • Within 24 hours of your order being shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with information regarding the tracking of your order
