For Exchanges we ask that you return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you would like. We recommend purchasing your new product sooner than later as seasonal styles sell out.
When you return a pair of shoes, you receive a FREE prepaid Priority Mail shipping label that is emailed to you within 5-10 minutes when you request your Return Authorisation through your Customer Account. This should mean that your shoes reach our warehouse within 2 days of when you ship them. Once the warehouse receives your return, it will take 2-3 days for us to process your refund onto the original form of payment. You will receive a refund notification via email once this has been completed.
If your original order was placed with a discount code please email our Customer Success Team at email@example.com. Please provide your order number in the email and we will provide you with a new code to use.
